NVM integrates LegalMike’s legal AI into AskNVM

LegalMike’s legal knowledge infrastructure was recently integrated into AskNVM, NVM’s AI assistant for NVM real estate professionals. This provides over 5,500 affiliated real estate agents, appraisers, and other real estate professionals with direct access to specialized legal AI.

Real estate professionals deal with the law constantly in their daily work. From interpreting provisions in purchase and lease agreements to questions regarding hidden defects, liability, and permits. The relevant rules are dynamic, complex, and constantly evolving.

The AI assistant with access to the right sources

AI is only as reliable as the sources it draws from. AskNVM helps NVM members find, combine, and interpret information from various sources—including NVM knowledge, public information, and real estate data—within a single environment. LegalMike’s legal technology serves as a specialized building block within AskNVM, providing the legal knowledge and analysis behind the answers.

For example, a real estate agent can ask what rights a buyer has when a hidden defect comes to light after the transfer, or have a provision from a purchase agreement explained. LegalMike searches the relevant legal sources and supports the answer with the appropriate source references.
