During the Young Bar Congress, we took 750 lawyers by the hand in an interactive workshop on using ChatGPT as a legal assistant. We gave insight into the possibilities and revealed the invisible limitations of this technology. We also demonstrated live how hashtag#ChatGPT can be used safely and effectively in legal practice. Among other things, we demonstrated:
✔️ How ChatGPT can help reduce blind spots.
✔️ Our Legal Prompting Guide.
✔️ How ChatGPT can be used to generate a liability clause from a beer mat. We also previewed the future of legal research with hashtag#LegalMike. We showed how our proactive AI assistant takes lawyers by the hand and supports them in developing key legal skills. Check out the video for an impression of the day! We enjoyed the presentations of the other speakers. For example, Roderick Lucas of Moonlit.ai explained generative AI in an accessible and original way, Mirjam van der Sluis spoke enthusiastically about the use of AI in the legal department of the City of Amsterdam, and Ayca Szapora managed to fascinate the participants by talking about the workings of the brain, effective communication and social connection. A special thanks to Stichting Jonge Balie Nederland for the excellent organization and to the lawyers for their enthusiasm and valuable conversations during the drinks and party.
Especially for the Young Bar Congress, we have prepared a hashtag#Cheatsheet legal prompts that we will send to participants in the coming days. Would you also like to receive this Cheatsheet? You can still do so. Follow us and leave a message in the comments. We will share the cheatsheet no later than next Sunday.
