Account Manager

What will you be doing?
As an account manager at LegalMike, you connect clients, pilots, and demos into a cohesive whole. You are the first point of contact for large legal organizations and build sustainable relationships with our partners in the legal profession and the corporate sector.
You provide product demos, guide ongoing pilots, and ensure that new clients onboard enthusiastically and smoothly. Additionally, you attend events and meetings where you meet existing clients and convince potential clients of the value of LegalMike based on substantive expertise.

In this role:
- You guide and follow up on pilot projects, from initial contact to evaluation, ensuring clients get the most out of their collaboration with LegalMike;
- You give product demos to both new and existing clients and bring our AI solution to life in practice;
- You identify commercial opportunities, further expand relationships, and actively contribute to growth objectives;
- You translate client inquiries and feedback into concrete actions for the team, so that the product and service continuously improve;
- You form the bridge between legal knowledge, technology, and client experience; you understand these three worlds and know how to bring them together.
Who are you?
You are social, energetic, and love variety. You have knowledge of the law and a natural affinity for the legal world. At the same time, you have a strong interest in technology and AI, and you enjoy working at the intersection of these fields.
You are a strong communicator on the phone, naturally take the lead in conversations, and know how to put clients at ease. You feel at home in an organization with a social mission and enjoy working in a compact, ambitious team where initiative is valued.
Essential requirements for this position are:
- A completed HBO or WO degree in Dutch law;
- Excellent communication skills, including by telephone;
- Excellent written command of the Dutch language;
- In possession of a category B driver’s license (you will travel regularly to clients and events);
- An internship or thesis related to AI is a significant advantage.

The LegalMike team

From Groningen, we work every day on groundbreaking technology at the intersection of generative AI and legal practice. You will work in a multidisciplinary team of lawyers, developers, designers, and data specialists. Together, we passionately build products that impact the legal practice of tomorrow.
The commercial team consists of two business developers, one government account manager, a marketer, a designer, and Frank (co-founder), with whom you will work closely and report directly to.
Employment conditions
- Salary: €4,500 – €5,500 gross per month, depending on experience;
- Employment: Full-time (32 to 40 hours per week);
- Holidays: 27 vacation days + public holidays;
- Location: Hybrid
(For example: You work two days at the office in Groningen, two days with clients or at events across the country, and one day from home). - Phone, MacBook, or laptop of your choice;
- Lease car; you will become the proud owner of “LegalMike #2”
- Regular team activities: Padel, drinks, dinners.
